was born 1975 in Klagenfurt and completed his education in St. Lambrecht, Styria, in the Tamsweg/Lungau district, as well as in Salzburg. Then he began his studies in Law at the University of Salzburg and devoted himself in addition to the disciplines of journalism and art history. For three years he was a research assistant at the University of Salzburg, at the Institute for Civil Law Procedure, which was later renamed in Institute for Civil Procedure. In 1999 Mr. Böhm completed his degree in law, and in the same year he took the opportunity to enjoy a study stay in Beijing and Shanghai, China. He began his career as an audit assistant for an international public accounting company in Vienna and joined ARTUS in 2003, where he started as an audit assistant as well and worked as tax advisor from 2005. Since 2006 he has been Managing Director at ARTUS. Mr. Böhm's main areas include business start-ups, choice of legal form, organization of enterprises, settlement of foreign companies and private individuals in Austria, tax and social security advice (charges/tax planning/optimization, restructuring as well as international tax law), conducting tax audits, business consultancy (such as budgeting and cost accounting, reporting, comparison analyzes, valuations, organizational and financial services) as well as Due Diligence. Florian Böhm is a member of the Chamber of Chartered Accountants, of the Austrian Federation of Industry, as well as the Alumni Club of the University of Salzburg. Mr. Böhm's personal interests encompass music (especially classical), modern art, literature and travel.
