Friederike Balla was born 1977 in Carinthia, where she also completed their school education. After studying law at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz she completed her legal practice in various courts of the Upper Regional Court in Vienna. In March 2003, Mrs. Balla joined the labor and insolvency law advisory service of a creditor protection association. In 2010 she decided on a sabbatical and used the time for training in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Later she worked in a management consulting company as a CSR consultant. In the beginning of 2015, she returned to her roots and changed to the personnel department of an international logistics group as a labor law specialist. Since the beginning of May 2017, Friederike Balla has been part of ARTUS' payroll accounting team as a labor law consultant. Her focus is on individual and collective labor law as well as on data protection-related issues for employees. She is enthusiastic about nature and shares her husband's passion for their Samoyed dog.
